- The cleaning process involves the use of UVC and steam sterilization, spot treatment, water extraction and drying etc. All cleaning products used are baby and pet friendly.
2. Booking and Payment:
- Customers can book our services through our website
- Full payment is due at the time the baby gear is dropped off by the customer / collected by our team
- We accept cash and interac e-transfer
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment
4. Liability and Responsibility:
- Pram Perfectionists is not responsible for any damage to baby gear that is a result of pre-existing wear and tear or manufacturer defects.
- Customers are required to inform Pram Perfectionists of any pre-existing damage or issues with the baby gear before the cleaning service begins.

- Pram Perfectionists reserves the right to refuse cleaning services for baby gear that is excessively soiled, infested, or poses a safety risk.
6. Feedback and Disputes:
